Richard Pope is the founding force behind Infinite Luxury and Kata Rocks — the vision that turned a Phuket clifftop into one of Asia’s most recognised luxury addresses. A British-born entrepreneur with more than 30 years in property, he built successful construction and real-estate companies across London before bringing that discipline to Phuket. Under his leadership, Infinite Luxury has become a fully integrated group spanning design, construction, development, sales, marketing and resort operations.
As Executive Director, Kwanchai safeguards the group through risk management and corporate governance. Drawing on an international legal background and financial project management experience, he structures development deals and guides acquisitions and mergers to completion. Bangkok-born, he maintains an influential network across government authorities, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Scot Toon leads the operational heart of Infinite Luxury, with portfolio-wide responsibility for the group’s properties and their performance. A seasoned hotelier rooted in Phuket luxury hospitality, he served as General Manager of Kata Rocks through its award-winning rise — the era in which the resort gathered over 50 international honours. He went on to serve as Managing Director for a 15-property portfolio before returning to lead Infinite Luxury’s resort operations.
Jodi Willis leads development and construction across Infinite Luxury, holding responsibility for how the group’s landmark projects are built. What sets Jodi apart is more than 13 years as a Director of Sustainability in London, alongside board-level environmental governance — a background that brings genuine ESG discipline to the build itself. As sustainable construction becomes decisive in luxury real estate, Jodi positions Infinite Luxury to develop not only beautifully but responsibly.
Pattanan (Nook) Khooaroon is the backbone of Infinite Luxury and one of its longest-serving leaders. With more than 15 years across luxury hospitality and maritime sectors, she has been part of the Kata Rocks story since its pre-construction beginnings, joining as Procurement Manager in 2008 before her promotion to a group leadership role in 2010. As Director of Corporate Affairs, she guides management across recruitment, negotiations, contracts and compliance.
An award-winning marketing leader, Tim drives demand and brand value across Infinite Luxury. With over 15 years in luxury hospitality, he first joined Kata Rocks in 2016, shaping the resort’s early identity, and returned in 2025 as Marketing Director. In between, he led group marketing for a portfolio of 15 luxury properties across Asia and Europe, and co-founded Explorar Hotels & Resorts brand as Chief Marketing Officer. Recognised among Asia’s Top 10 CMOs in 2023 and named an Outstanding Achievement Award winner at the 2024 TMD Excellence Awards, he converts brand equity into direct revenue.
As Finance Director, Jeab oversees the controls and reporting that keep the group’s finances sound through periods of ambitious growth. With more than 20 years in the field, she joined Infinite Luxury and Kata Rocks after serving as Financial Controller at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach and across Outrigger Asia Pacific, alongside senior roles at other respected hospitality names. Her command of financial management brings rigour and transparency to the group, ensuring capital is managed with the same precision the brand applies to its properties.
David Frost is the delivery engine behind Infinite Luxury’s developments, translating ambitious design into built reality. Appointed Project Director in 2012 after joining as Project Manager for Kata Rocks in 2010, he has overseen the group’s defining projects from concept to completion. Originally trained as a designer, he combines aesthetic sensibility with the operational command to deliver complex builds on brief. His career spans Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Under his direction, Infinite Luxury built its in-house team of architects, designers and engineers, keeping quality firmly in the group’s own hands.
Apisit Lerdkamolrak has been central to Infinite Luxury’s construction success since the earliest days of Kata Rocks. Bringing technical and management expertise honed on prestigious resort projects along Phuket’s coastline, he leads the disciplines that turn design into durable, world-class buildings. As Construction Director, he commands a dedicated team of engineers and inspectors, holding quality to an exacting standard at every stage. Structural, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing works fall under his control, as do the sequencing and methods that determine delivery.
Nongnuch Toprapat is the operational heartbeat of Kata Rocks, with more than 30 years shaping luxury resorts through pre-openings, rebrandings and hands-on operational leadership. She spent a decade at the acclaimed Trisara Phuket as Executive Housekeeper, mastering the exacting standards that define ultra-luxury hospitality, before joining Kata Rocks in 2014. Rising through the resort as Villa Director and Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms, she now leads day-to-day operations as Resort Manager. Her deep local expertise and unwavering command of detail ensure that every guest experience at Kata Rocks meets the flawless standard the brand is built upon.
